Your contract will be created as follows:
- You click on the “Checkout with Paypal” button on the check out page of our website. We treat your order as an offer to purchase the goods you have specified in your order, subject to these terms and conditions. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order and you should print a copy of it and keep it for your records.
- We will email you an acknowledgement of your order to the email address you supplied to us. It is important that you check this email carefully and contact us straightaway if you believe any of the details on it are incorrect. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
- If some items in your order are not available, we will email you and wait for your confirmation that you accept a partial order. If we do not hear back from you within 7 days then we will assume that you are accepting the partial order and process it.
- As your order is despatched from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email. This email constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase the goods specified in your order, subject to any modification or cancellation acknowledged by us up to that point. Your contract is created by us sending you the despatch confirmation email.
We may decline to accept your order if:
- The goods you ordered are not available from stock
- We are unable to obtain payment authorisation
- We identify a pricing or description error in relation to the goods you have ordered
- You are ineligible to order the goods you have ordered for any reason set out in these terms and conditions or elsewhere on our website.
If we decide to decline to accept your order we will email you as soon as reasonably practicable.
If any provision of the contract is declared void, illegal, or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law. The contract is governed by English Law.
If you are resident in the European Union, you and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you are resident outside the European Union, you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Payment
We accept payment by credit and debit card via our payment service provider Paypal. We do not have access to or store your card data. At the checkout stage, you are seamlessly transferred to Paypal where you enter your card details. After updating, Paypal returns you to our website.
During the checkout process, Paypal will take you through a card verification process, and you will be able to see the shipping and handling charges before confirming the order.
